Delivery and Returns


All orders are sent recorded delivery (or international recorded delivery), via Royal Mail, which requires a signature upon receipt. If you live outside the UK, you may be responsible for local taxes and customs duties.

We aim to send out orders the day they are received but it may be that we have to wait until the next day to send them out, or make further checks in relation to a payment to ensure the cardholder has ordered the item/s. Orders to a UK delivery address that is different to the UK billing address will take longer to ship whilst we make enquiries.

Orders can take between 1 and 4 days to arrive for addresses in the UK.

Orders to international addresses can take from 4 to 15 days. We can only ship to the billing address for all international orders.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes, only a physical home or work address where someone can sign to take delivery of the order. If an item is returned to us following a failed delivery and the customer re-orders the item, we reserve the right to charge the additional shipping cost required.

Once orders are dispatched, we will notify you of the tracking number so you can keep an eye on it’s progress.


If an item is faulty, you have changed your mind, or you don’t like the item once you have received it, you can return it to MyVintageAffair within 14 days, provided the item has been unused, undamaged, unopened, or unworn. You must write to us within 14 days of the item being delivered or, if you have changed your mind before the order has reached you, as soon as possible to prevent shipment.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the item gets to us safely so we recommend you post by Recorded or Special delivery. We cannot refund or exchange any items returned to us which are damaged in transit (so make sure to pack them securely) or fail to reach us. Any shipping costs to return an item are the responsibility of the shopper.

Any items which are returned to us but have been rendered unsuitable for resale will be returned to the customer. This includes any clothing or accessories which have signs of damage or being worn, such as cigarette smoke, perfume, make-up, deodorant, washing powder, or other marks or smells that were not present on the item when we checked and packed it.
